Support policy

This page sets expectations honestly, so nobody is disappointed by what support does and does not cover.

What support covers

-

Installing, activating and updating the theme.

-

Importing and configuring the demo content.

-

Bugs - anything in the theme or the builder that does not work as documented.

-

Conflicts with WordPress core or WooCommerce.

-

Questions about how a feature is meant to be used.

What support does not cover

-

Custom development, custom CSS or custom PHP for your project.

-

Third-party plugins, and conflicts caused by them.

-

Hosting, DNS, SSL, email or server configuration.

-

Teaching WordPress, WooCommerce or CSS from scratch.

-

Migrating or rebuilding an existing site.

This is not us being unhelpful. It is the line that keeps support fast for everyone. If your question falls outside it we will usually still point you in the right direction - we just cannot do the work.

Response times

Weekdays, usually within one working day, Central European time. Weekends and public holidays are slower, and if it is going to take longer than that you will be told rather than left waiting.

Priority support on the Freelancer and Agency licences means your email goes to the front of the queue.

How to get help quickly

-

Email [email protected] from the address on your licence.

-

Say what you expected, what happened instead, and the URL.

-

Include your theme version (Appearance → Themes) and WordPress version.

-

A screenshot of the browser console beats a description of the symptom.

-

If you can, say whether it happens with all other plugins deactivated.

That last one solves perhaps a third of everything that arrives, before it even reaches us.

Expired licences

Support ends when the licence does. If you renew, support resumes immediately - including for the thing you wrote in about.
