The agreement between you and Bluerizon when you buy or use the Skincare theme.

Bluerizon is a sole trader based in Belgrade, Serbia, trading as Bluerizon and reachable at [email protected]. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Bluerizon; “you” means the person or organisation buying or using the theme.

Purchases are processed by Freemius, who act as merchant of record. They handle payment, invoicing and applicable VAT, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax due in your jurisdiction.

A licence begins when payment clears and runs for twelve months. It renews automatically at the discounted renewal price unless you cancel from your account before the renewal date. You are told before a renewal is charged.

Use of the code is governed by the Licence.

We do not promise the theme is free of bugs, that it will suit a particular purpose, or that it will work with every plugin ever written. We do promise to fix what is broken, and to tell you honestly when something is out of scope.

We do not promise indefinite availability. If we ever stop selling or supporting Skincare, existing licences run to the end of their term and the final version stays downloadable from your account.

Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data or consequential loss. Keep backups - of any site, running any theme, always.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You may stop using the theme at any time. Refunds are covered by the refunds policy.

We may end a licence without refund if it is shared publicly, resold, or used to distribute malware. This has never happened and we do not expect it to.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the changelog and by email to licence holders. Changes never apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's consumer law, and this clause does not take those away.
