Support
One email address, answered by the person who wrote the theme.
[email protected] - weekdays, usually answered within one working day. Write from the address on your licence so it can be found quickly.
Before you write
Two minutes here saves a day of back and forth:
-
What you expected, what happened instead, and the URL where it happens.
-
Theme version (Appearance → Themes) and WordPress version.
-
Whether it still happens with all other plugins deactivated.
-
A screenshot - of the page, and of the browser console if there is an error.
What is covered
Installation, the demo import, bugs, conflicts with WordPress or WooCommerce, and how features are meant to be used. Custom development, third-party plugins and server configuration are outside it. The support policy sets that out properly.
Before buying
Pre-sales questions go to the same address. Ask whatever you need to - whether it fits your project, whether a specific thing is possible, whether the licence covers your situation. A clear no now is better than a refund later.
Found a bug?
Report it even if you have a workaround. Most of what has been fixed in this theme was found by someone building a real site and taking the time to say so, and that is worth more than it might feel like when you are writing the email.
Prefer to read first? The documentation covers setup, the builder and WooCommerce.
