Licence keys, downloads, invoices and renewals all live in the Freemius customer portal.
Open your account
Use the link in your purchase email, or request a fresh sign-in link with the address you bought with. There is no separate password to remember for this site.
What you can do there

Copy your licence key.

Download the latest version of the theme.

See which sites your licence is active on, and deactivate one to free a slot.

Download invoices for accounting.

Change the card on file, or cancel the renewal.
Moving a licence between sites
Deactivate the theme on the old site, or deactivate that site from the portal, and the slot frees immediately. Staging and local copies of a site you have already activated do not use a second slot.
Renewals
Licences renew automatically at the discounted renewal price, and you are told before you are charged. Cancel any time from the portal - the licence then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and the theme keeps working after that. Only updates and support stop.
Lost the email?
Request a sign-in link with the address you paid with. If that address no longer exists, email [email protected] from whatever you use now and it can be sorted out manually.
