What this site collects, why it collects it, and the things it deliberately does not do.

We collect the minimum needed to sell you software and support it. No advertising trackers, no data sold to anyone, no third-party analytics profiling you across the web.

Checkout is handled by Freemius. They receive your name, email, billing address and payment details, and act as merchant of record. We never see or store your card number. Freemius shares with us your email, licence status and country for VAT purposes.

The theme reports its licence key, site URL and version to Freemius so updates can be delivered and activations counted. It does not send your content, your customers' data, or anything from your database.

We keep the correspondence so we can follow up and recognise a recurring bug. If you send us a login, we use it for the issue you reported and nothing else, and we ask you to revoke it afterwards.

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and we will act within thirty days. There is no form and no hoop to jump through.

For data held by Freemius as merchant of record, their privacy policy applies and requests may need to go to them - we will tell you which and help either way.

Licence and support records for as long as the licence is active and six years afterwards, which is what tax and accounting rules require. Support email beyond that is deleted.
