Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. If Skincare is not right for your project, email us and we will refund it.

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase. Say you would like a refund. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Refunds are processed through Freemius, our payment provider, back to the card or account you paid with. It usually lands within a few working days, though the exact timing depends on your bank.

The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued. Updates and support stop. Because the theme is GPL you keep the files, but please remove it from live sites - continuing to run a refunded product on a commercial site is the one thing that would make us stop offering this.

The window is fourteen days because that is long enough to install the theme, import the demo, build a page and know whether it suits you. If you are past it and something has gone wrong, email anyway. We would rather fix the problem than keep money from someone we failed.

Renewals sit outside the 14-day window, and the checkout terms say so. That said, if a renewal caught you out - you meant to cancel and forgot, or the charge landed on a project you had already finished - email us. We would rather sort it out than have you pay for a year you did not want.

You can cancel a renewal at any time from your account, and the licence simply runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
