Orders are prepared and dispatched from our own warehouse. This page explains what to expect after the order confirmation arrives.

Dispatch

Orders placed on a working day are usually prepared the same or the next working day. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are indicative. Carrier delays, public holidays and customs procedures can extend them, and none of those are within our control.

If something is wrong

Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, through our contact page.
